This year’s party at the Sage Moon Gallery was a fabulous success. Birch Studio sponsored with food from Brix, wine and beer from Market Street Wine Shop and flowers from Hedge. There was even an accordion player strolling through the crowd!
Some of the treats we enjoyed were jumbo shrimp, mini beef wellingtons with dried cherry chutney, sweet potato pepper biscuits with roasted apple, prosciutto and sage cream and Moroccan lamb turnovers with feta and mint dip. The red wine was Terra Andina Carmenere, the white was Andeluna Torrontes, and the beers Saratoga lager, Amstel light and Troegs porter. The flowers decorating the tables were seeded eucalyptus, myrtle, petis forum and hypericum berries. All in all, we heard that it was the best holiday party that folks had attended in a very long time. |
